Blue Buffalo Veterinary Clinical Trials Office (BBVCTO) at The Ohio State University is one of the nation's largest and most established veterinary clinical trials programs. We support the successful execution of 30-50 clinical trials annually involving client-owned animals with naturally occurring diseases.
Through The Ohio State University Veterinary Health System, which cares for more than 72,000 canine, feline, equine, and food animal patients each year, BBVCTO provides sponsors with access to a large and diverse patient population, experienced investigators, and comprehensive research support services.

Blue Buffalo Veterinary Clinical Trials Office (BBVCTO) provides access to a comprehensive clinical research environment within The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Sponsors and collaborators can leverage specialized veterinary care services, advanced diagnostic imaging, clinical pathology support, diagnostic laboratory testing, and the Veterinary Biospecimen Repository to support a wide range of research objectives.

BBVCTO supports both observational and interventional studies across a variety of therapeutic areas and research stages. Our experience includes treatment and prevention trials, screening studies, medical device evaluations, pilot and feasibility studies, multicenter clinical trials, cohort studies, and pharmaceutical research and development projects.

From study start-up through closeout, BBVCTO provides comprehensive clinical trial support tailored to sponsor needs.
